Meghan Terwilliger, MS, LPC, CCTP-II

At Desert Clover Psychiatry, we are proud to have Meghan Terwilliger, a Licensed Professional Counselor, as part of our compassionate and skilled team. Meghan specializes in trauma recovery and brings a wealth of experience in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Her expertise extends to working with individuals struggling with substance use, depression, anxiety, self-harm, and risky behaviors, as well as those navigating life transitions.

Meghan's approach is holistic and inclusive, focusing on teens, adults, families, and couples. She is deeply committed to helping her clients live their most authentic and healthy lives. Her experience is particularly notable in her work with justice-involved individuals, including those in pretrial and probation services, diversion programs, and individuals reentering society post-incarceration.

Holding a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Meghan's passion for mental health extends to rural populations and men's mental health. Growing up in a rural setting with a single, veteran, blue-collar working father, Meghan possesses a unique understanding of the barriers and stigmas associated with men's mental health, especially within blue-collar and veteran communities.

Meghan is a firm believer in the power of being genuine and intentional in all aspects of life and therapy. Her approach is not just about addressing immediate concerns, but also about empowering individuals to make lasting changes for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
